REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthConsider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?
Nataly Castro-Habana 10/05/2023 6:03 PMI would like to shift my sleep pattern by going to sleep at an earlier time. What I found out that works for me in order to be successful in this action would be doing everything I need to do before 9 - 9:30 so that I don't have to worry about anything after that time. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONEnergyWhat are other easy things you could do to save energy and reduce your environmental footprint?
Nataly Castro-Habana 10/04/2023 8:47 AMOther easy things that I could do to save energy would be turning off the lights when leaving a room, charging my appliances while I am awake instead of overnight, and unplugging any electronics that aren't being used. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthHow does/can practicing gratitude keep you centered and motivated to work for a better world?
Nataly Castro-Habana 10/03/2023 9:40 AMPracticing gratitude keeps me centered and motivated because it helps me realize that even though there are bad days, there will also be good days and I know that I will always have people around me who support me.
