    It helps me to reset and get ready for whatever I have going on. For example, I like walking to class instead of driving because I feel I can mentally prepare more for class.

    Today I was at my sister's volleyball tournament, so it was very easy to put the phone down and enjoy what was around me.

    Spending time outdoors may enhance brainpower by serving as a sort of a break from normal life. The phrase getting a breath of fresh air comes from a place of truth. Going outside and focusing on your own well-being and calm can really enhance your thinking and brainpower.

      Enjoying some natural vitamin D, a breeze, and the sweet scent of foliage growing around you is such an ethereal experience. Each day, the leaves blow in another direction. I take this as inspiration to try something new or explore something interesting each day. There is no better way to enhance your brainpower than to connect with the earth that created it.
