This one is very hard for me, as I work at starbucks and am allergic to the sugar-free syrups. I feel like I am addicted to sugar, and I feel even more tired when I don’t have sugar in the morning. I think I need a bit longer to figure out how I feel without it!

Reducing refined sugars doesn't have to mean cutting it out! I feel the same way about letting go of one of my daily joys- a sweet drink (coffee or tea) in the morning. I have been using a bit less of my sugary syrups and choosing fruit instead of candy when I want something sweet
