    My challenge is still going well. writing down 3 things that make me happy everyday helps with my wellness journey and just today I thought about how happy I am we have a marsh and park so close to campus as well as the bluffs. If you are having trouble feeling grateful for the environment around you I suggest this challenge.

    I just did my first action of choice tonight and it went great! My action is that I will write down three things every day that I am grateful for. I have been really stressed out lately and this activity gave me a minute to take a deep breath and think about the things I enjoy in life rather than my difficult exams.
