    My challenge is to take 5 minute showers. It's pretty straightforward and I have completely overestimated my internal clock. I'm taking 10 minute showers, and I can't seem to shorten the time, If I do, I don't feel clean enough.

      5 minutes is not a magic number. Some people have used music to help figure out the timing. Or even shower every other day... Or try a different challenge?
