Up to this point, I've been utilizing an aluminum water bottle as a measure to reduce my reliance on single-use plastic water bottles, and I'm pleased with the results. On a daily basis, I estimate that I'm averting the use of approximately 8 to 10 plastic water bottles. Additionally, when it comes to food storage, I've adopted the practice of using reusable containers, further reducing my plastic consumption.
