Tori Heiserman 10/22/2023 7:39 AMI want to just log some of the stuff that I have done in the past 3 weeks. I was walking down the isle of LIDL getting groceries and there was a bunch of trash on the floor so I picked it up and put it on the trash can. When I left LIDL, there was a lot of receipts and other trash in the parking lot, so I gathered as much as I could and threw it out. -
Tori Heiserman 10/22/2023 7:38 AMI am very upset that I wasn’t able to log onto my account each of the days because I had a head injury and it was very hard for me to be on my computer for a long period of time. I did take matters into my own hands and still engage in a LOT of the activities even is my dashboard says otherwise. I am all for making the earth a better place, and also keeping my body healthy. -

Tori Heiserman 10/22/2023 7:36 AMI went to get a checkup the other day at the doctor because I needed to get a medication updated. I am glad that I had the doctor check all of the moles on my back and I also had him make sure I wasn’t sick! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthConsider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?
Tori Heiserman 10/22/2023 7:35 AMI’m not going to lie, being in college and being a student athlete can be challenging to have a good sleep pattern. Everyday is different. You have games at a variety of times and practices the same way. I have been doing so good about when I go to sleep. I used to go to sleep at 1:30-2 but now I go to bed at 11 or 12. In very happy. And so is my body when I wake up for my 8am -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthWhat's your favorite activity(ies) in which you experience joy while being active and moving?
Tori Heiserman 10/22/2023 7:34 AMI find that when I spend time talking to my friends or reading the Bible I find so much joy. It is crazy how much those things can impact me in such a positive way. -
Tori Heiserman 10/22/2023 7:23 AMI think my eco challenge is going so well. I was unaware that I needed to check in on a regular basis, but I have been so good about lowering my carbon footprint. Everytime i go to Aldi, or I go to the store, I bring my reusable bags to reduce the amount of plastic I am putting into the atmosphere. I also have been working on my body every single day as I have field hockey practice and a variety of other activities including lifts and extra reps sessions. -
