    Yes! It is always fun to have a friend/ family member come to workout with you, especially if you are unmotivated.

      Water clears my skin and my blood of any dirt or toxins; water cleans my hair and my dishes; water hydrates my gardens and my body. Water is the essential ingredient to life!

    Before this challenge I would drive most places. Now I incorporate walking whenever I can and it is much healthier.

    So far I was able to cook 2 meatless meals. I wasnt sure I was going to like them at first, but turns out I do. I will keep this habit up.
