  • REFLECTION QUESTION

What are other ways you could use the power of the sun to reduce your own environmental footprint?

-Opening curtains/blinds for the reduction of artificial light usage.
-On something of a larger scale, incorporating the usage of solar panels for rechargeable batteries could assist in terms of typical energy reduction (and perhaps cause a reduction in non-rechargeable battery purchases)

You could use solar panels to store and send more energy back to the power grids to save how much energy thats needs to produced

I use the power of the sun to charge my solar-powered flashlights and to dry my clothing when it’s warm enough out! Did you know it costs up to $2 per load in the dryer?
