So far my challenge is going great! What was challenging for me was really diving deep into what I am grateful for every day, especially in nature and the world. What was new for me was learning more about myself and what makes me happy. By writing three things down that make you happy every day, it brings a more positive mindset as well as learning what you value and what steps to take in the environment to keep those happy factors. From this experience, I have discovered that I value educating others on environmental concerns so that everyone can be happy and healthy. A conversation I had with a friend was about us talking about what we value in the world like the air we breathe, the food we eat, safe hiking trails, and more. It was nice to discover more about ourselves and each other.
