    I noticed how much time I spend on my phone daily and the impact it has on me. It was super hard doing something else instead of being on my phone or any other device. For the time I spent away from my phone, I did some reading and I got back into writing poems.

    Practicing loving-kindness meditation can be helpful to the health of the environment because you are taking care of yourself and those around you. As a result, you may be inclined to take care of your environment as well.
