I’ve been bringing my own lunch to work instead of buying food elsewhere. This is not only healthier for me but also helps the environment.

      Hey Esteban!
This is something I've done before at my job, but I didn't focus well on bringing food from home because I work at a grocery store, so it is hard to so and it's there to provide. So this is something I have to focus more so I can save my money for myself or for something I want later on.

      Hey Esteban,
This is something I continue to have a hard time committing to. It usually boils down to my lack of time management after work because I never set aside time to make my own lunch. Do you have any tips on how you started implementing this change? or was it pretty easy for you?

Today I was at the mall and I found a pair of work boots I liked but held back on buying because my old pair still works perfectly fine. It was difficult to resist the urge to buy them but I'm glad I did

Great job, Esteban! I know what you mean by the urge. I had work shoes for two years, and they had a substantial ripe and hole on the side, so I finally bought a new pair.
