  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste
While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

I had stopped using plastic water bottles a few years ago when hydroflasks became popular. I have only used my hydroflask and refill it almost 8 times a day. I have eliminated plastic water bottles out of my life and this has ultimately allowed me to reduce plastic by a huge percentage.

How does eating more fruits and vegetables and less meat positively affect yourself, other people, and our planet?

Eating more fruits and veggies means that you will eat less processed foods. By eating healthier options your overall health will be better. You will also feel better in your own skin. This can others by influencing them to eat more natural foods due to sharing how good you're feeling. Our planet will benefit because our farms will thrive rather than our factories.
