    It was easy to choose other activities over screen time. I'm honestly not much of a social media person and I'm really busy with school and work so it makes it easier. I spent my time at work, doing school, and going to the gym

    I like not being on social media as much. It takes away some unnecessary stress that comes with it

    I personally feel like it makes your positive thoughts more dominant and allows you to look at the more positive aspects of life leading to more positivity spread to others
