An estimated 71% of seabirds and 30% of turtles have been found with plastics in their stomachs. When they ingest plastic, marine life has a 50% mortality rate. By asking for no straw when placing a drink order, I will keep 6 plastic straw(s) of out of the ocean each day.

I will save up to 8 gallons (30 L) of water each day by turning it off while brushing my teeth.

I will take a 40-minute walk outside each day.

I will enjoy the sunrise and/or sunset each day.

I will replace 5 minute(s) of screen time each day with other activities.

I will spend 60 minutes learning about the perils of fast fashion and will buy my clothes at second-hand stores when I shop.

I will disconnect from my email when not at work or school, using my personal time for endeavors that help me live out my values.
