Savanah Padila 11/28/2023 8:11 PMI started making sure I prioritized my 8 hours of sleep because of the health and wellness class I took here on campus. Since that class I started to make sure I got my 8 hours and I found myself sleeping earlier, waking up earlier and having more energy. -
