My campus echochallenge is to reduce single use disposables. My worst trait is always going to Starbucks for coffee, and after this I just throw away my cup after one use. Something interesting about this challenge, is that by not going to get coffee and using a single use disposable, I have also saved money by not wasting it on overpriced coffee.

I used to do this a lot as well. My local coffee shop back at home sold cups and straws like Starbucks does to use instead of the throwaway cups, so I gravitate towards that a lot more now, especially now that I'm more conscious of my choices.

I am bad at this too. Take out is one of my bad habits because it's so simply, but it creates so much waste and I want to get better not wasting so much when I go out. I try to bring a reusable water bottle when I go to Starbucks and have them put my drink in there.
