madasyn rundquist 11/13/2023 3:13 PMIt is easy to cool my room by opening up the window and putting my box fan in there running. It helps get airflow in the room and provides fresh air. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWasteWhile water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?
madasyn rundquist 11/08/2023 8:39 AMThe barriers to me using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water is there are places that do not have water fountains or places to refill up a reusable bottle. Some businesses only allow water they sell in their building which is typically only plastic water bottles. Another barrier is I do not always want water 24/7 when I go out, so carrying a reusable bottle can be a lot of work when I am not in the mood for water. This can make using bottled water turn into a permanent habit because I will get used to how easy it is to get water when I want and get rid of whenever I want. -
madasyn rundquist 11/08/2023 7:41 AMIve always loved to make my own food and be creative with what I am cooking, so I enjoy doing this challenge. I know my myself and how much I can eat so not haven’t left overs to go to waste is easy. so far my options of what I can make are limited because of what I can carry in my dorm, so sometimes it’s difficult to make meals everyday. -
madasyn rundquist 11/02/2023 9:19 AMthe only had part about this is constantly needed to re pour the water on the brush or in my mouth. it added time to my regular routine so i had to adapt to that. -
madasyn rundquist 10/30/2023 4:08 PMI enjoy my challenge but it is hard to complete sometimes because of the weather recently. It's difficult to enjoy walking when I am in pain.-
Alysa Remsburg 11/01/2023 7:40 AMYes, wind stinks. But really it can feel great if you get out a super warm coat, hat, gloves, and even long johns!
