  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Simplicity
Social media can keep us connected with loved ones, make us laugh, and help us to learn new things. It can also create echo chambers and take more time than we realize or intend to give. After completing this action for a few days, how do you feel? What do you notice?

Instead of scrolling on tiktok I've actually been able to go back to other hobbies. Like playing video games and writing. it's been really nice.

Although I do still have the urge to scroll through social media when I’m bored, I found that actually reaching out to people through a phone call or text to catch up or ask to hang out made me feel much more connected to my peers. I felt like I was creating experience for myself instead of joining an experience.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

I find block sleeping so much more effective. getting naps in and doing two hours of sleep then productive work is what's best for me. but that's not how society is set up.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Simplicity
How can you prevent yourself from accumulating more unnecessary things in the future?

Clean when it's dirty as soon as I notice. Don't let things sit. If I think about cleaning I should just do it and then I can relax after.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

How does eating more fruits and vegetables and less meat positively affect yourself, other people, and our planet?

It helps the agricultural parts of the state earn more profit as there is more demand for fruits and vegetables. It also kept me full for longer and felt more refreshing. it's also easier to gauge how hungry and full I am
