    I wrote about how I was grateful that I am still healthy and able to live life to the fullest while still being able to develop myself, as I did by beating my running target of 30 minutes and more than doubling it with 82 minutes.

    Just a quick shower after the lengthy run was a good refresher, and I feel much more relaxed currently.

    I Ran for 82 minutes. On the treadmill. I burned 614 calories, which was exhilarating. There's nothing like the sense of all the wind and force flowing past me at such a quick pace; it truly relieves stress. Man 4 miles in one day, what a rush, My intention was merely to run 30 minutes, but I doubled that.
